Proper Shipping Techniques :
Amp boards are relatively fragile, and poor packing can result in a board that is damaged beyond repair. To properly pack the board, wrap it board in three layers of the large bubble wrap and place into a box. When the board is packed in 3 layers of the big bubble wrap stuff, it is well protected from shocks and bumps. Put the packaged board into a snug fitting box, or use more bubble wrap to fill the box so the boards do not bang around in transit.
Step 3: Please include if known the issue / issues you are having with the item in need of repair.
Step 4: Please write the order number on the outside of the box using blue or black ink.
Step 5: You are required to pay for shipping your amp to us. And the shipping you pay at the time of purchase covers for us to return your amp to you.
If for some reason you send us the entire sub enclosure / woofer then you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
